Country Weddings provides the food, servers, plastic plates, utensils, cooking personnel, cooking equipment& grills.
Buffets are complete with buffet tables & linens, stainless chafers, sternos & serving utensils.
Our professional and friendly staff will setup and maintain the buffet.
Dinner service lasts approximately two hours, depending on the package you have chosen.
PREMIUM CATERING
Country Weddings provides the food, servers, china plates, silverware, glassware,
guest table linens & cloth napkins, cooking personnel, cooking equipment& grills.
Buffets are complete with buffet tables & linens, stainless chafers, sternos & serving utensils.
Our professional and friendly staff will setup and maintain the buffet and guest tables and
will remain for the duration of the event.
Dinner service lasts approximately two hours, depending on the package you have chosen.
RENTALS
We can arrange for tents, tables, chairs, linens, china, silverware, glassware etc.
Rental fees apply.
TRASH REMOVAL
Country Weddings is responsible for removal of trash generated by the kitchen.
Customer is responsible for removal of trash generated by the guests (plates, utensils, glassware, plastic ware, etc).
GUEST COUNT
Minimum guaranteed guest count is 100.
Final guaranteed guest count is due 10 days prior to event.
FINAL PAYMENT
Final payment is due 10 days prior and is based on final guaranteed number.
ADDITIONAL FEES
We require a 20% non- refundable deposit to reserve your date.
A 20% service charge will be added to all events.
Our service charge represents coordination & handling fees, insurance, gas, propane & equipment maintenance.
Please NOTE this is not a gratuity.
Our staff works hard to make your event a success and are very appreciative of your gratuity.
Travel may be added after the first 30 miles.
Fees for permits & licenses are the client’s responsibility.
