FULL SERVICE CATERING

Available at your home or venue...all you and your guests do is enjoy!!
JJBBQ provides the food, servers, plastic plates, utensils, cooking personnel, cooking equipment& grills.
Buffets are complete with buffet tables & linens, chafers, sternos & serving utensils.
Our professional and friendly staff will setup and maintain the buffet.
Food service lasts approximately two hours, depending on the package you have chosen.

TRASH REMOVAL

JJBBQ is responsible for removal of trash generated by the kitchen.
Customer is responsible for removal of trash generated by the guests (plates, utensils, glassware, plastic ware, etc).

GUEST COUNT

Minimum guaranteed guest count is due at time of booking.
Final guaranteed guest count is due 10 days prior to event.

FINAL PAYMENT

Final payment is due at the conclusion of event and is based on final guaranteed number.

ADDITIONAL FEES

We require a 20% non- refundable deposit to reserve your date.
A 20% service charge will be added to all events.
Our service charge represents coordination & handling fees, insurance, gas, propane & equipment maintenance.
Please NOTE this is not a gratuity.
Our staff works hard to make your event a success and are very appreciative of your gratuity.
Travel may be added after the first 30 miles.
Fees for permits & licenses are the client’s responsibility.
